Terms of Service
By ordering with me u agree with the terms below

Payment
-Half the payment must be made before starting the sketch
- I accept one payment methods: PayPal
- There are three ways to make payment:
1st - full payment after closing the order with the customer
2nd - 50% payment before starting the sketch and 50% before the delivery of the final art
3rd - payment in installments in as many times as the customer wishes, limit of 5 times

Comission changes
To avoid problems, avoid requesting too many changes during the design process. After submitting the sketch, make sure everything is correct.
Sudden changes will incur a charge!!!

Copyright
Every commission is copyrighted by me, meaning the artwork belongs to me and, of course, to the client as well, and I can share it to add to my portfolio.
If the client does not wish for the artwork to be shared, they must explain and discuss the reasons for this.
Every commission will have my signature!!!
Refunds
Will only be granted during the sketch process; after approval, it will not be for the full amount.

Delivery TimeIt usually takes around 2 weeks, depending on the complexity of the artwork and my schedule. If you need the artwork faster, let me know and I can expedite it!

Ao encomendar comigo, você concorda com os termos abaixo

Pagamento
-Metade do pagamento deve ser feito antes do inicio do esboço da arte
- Aceito dois métodos de pagamento: pix ou transferência bancária
- Existem três maneiras de realizar o pagamento
1°- pagamento total após fechada a encomenda com o cliente
2°- 50% do pagamento antes de iniciado o esboço e 50% antes da entrega final da arte
3°- pagemento parcelado em quantas vezes o cliente desejar, limite de 5 vezes (para valores acima de 100 reais)

Alterações na encomenda
Para evitar problemas, evite pedir muitas alterações durante o processo do desenho. Após o envio do esboço, certifique-se que tudo está correto.
Alterações bruscas serão cobradas!!!

Direitos autorais
Toda encomenda tem os meus direitos autorais, o que significa que a arte me pertence e claro ao cliente também e que eu posso divulgá-la para adicionar ao meu portfólio.
Caso o cliente não deseje que a arte seja divulgada, deve-se apresentar e discutir os motivos para tal.
Toda encomeda apresentará a minha assinatura!!!
Reembolso
Somente durante o processo do esboço, apos a aprovação dele o rembolso não sera total.

Tempo de entregaGeralmente gira em torno de 2 semanas, dependendo da complexidade da arte e da minha agenda, caso precise da arte mais rápido, me avise que consigo acelerar!
